Materials & project planning

Understand the system
before choosing it.

Shingle lines and roofing systems have different features, installation details, and warranty terms. Integrity Roofing works with asphalt shingles from CertainTeed, Owens Corning, and GAF, and with EPDM membrane roofing for suitable low-slope applications.

The proposal is the place to compare the product, system components, installation scope, and applicable manufacturer documents for your project. Warranty coverage depends on the selected product and how the complete system is installed.

Before you get started

Roofing questions,
answered plainly.

Does an inspection or proposal cost anything?+

The initial roof consultation, inspection, and proposal are provided at no charge. Any work beyond the agreed scope should be described and priced for your review before it is performed.

Will I be told whether repair is an option?+

The team will discuss repair and replacement choices based on the roof's condition, so you can compare scope and timing before deciding.

How are roof measurements prepared?+

For many projects, the team orders an EagleView aerial measurement report and pairs it with site observations and photographs. Aerial measurements support estimating; they do not replace checking site conditions.

What happens at the end of the project?+

The team describes a final walk-around to review the completed work and cleanup with you, answer questions, and address any agreed closeout items.
